Crabmeat Au Gratin~ Ii
cajun, main dish
1 lb crabmeat
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine
8 tablespoon butter
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 can mushroom pieces
1 cup american cheese, grated
Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Add crabmeat, soup and mushrooms. Blend well, add remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 F. until hot and bubbly. Courtesy Telephone Pioneers BillSpalding *P CRBR 38 A
