  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or a mix)

Instructions

  2. Sauté the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through (6-7 minutes per side).

  4. In the same skillet, sauté diced bell peppers until soft (3-5 minutes).
  5. Lay tortillas flat and fill each with shredded chicken, sautéed peppers, and cheese. Fold tightly.
  6. Cook filled tortillas in the skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (3-4 minutes each).
