Instructions
- Boil the eggs in cold water over medium heat until rolling boil; cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool under running cold water, then peel.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl.
- Mix yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth. Add food coloring if desired.
- Stuff egg whites with the yolk mixture and garnish with chives or green onions.
