  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and carrots for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart for about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in frozen peas, thyme, and rosemary; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. If not prepared yet, boil peeled potatoes until tender. Mash with butter and milk until creamy.
  6. Spread the turkey mixture in an oven-safe dish and layer the mashed potatoes on top evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
