Description

Cranberry Orange Glazed Salmon is a festive dish that combines succulent salmon with a sweet-tart glaze, making it perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Fresh cranberries
  • Fresh orange juice
  • Honey
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until cranberries begin to pop.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, then spoon half of the glaze over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. In the last few minutes of baking, drizzle remaining glaze over the fillets for added caramelization.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
