Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Rinse Brussels sprouts, trim brown ends, and cut in half lengthwise. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the seasoned sprouts in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove from oven, drizzle with heavy cream, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter; evenly distribute over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake again for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
