- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Rinse Brussels sprouts, trim brown ends, and cut in half lengthwise. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the seasoned sprouts in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with heavy cream, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter; evenly distribute over the cheese layer.
- Bake again for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
