  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs in the third. Season each component with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each flounder fillet into flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
