Instructions

  2. Brew one cup of strong espresso or coffee and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain volume.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee and arrange them at the bottom of the prepared pan.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers; repeat layering with remaining cookies and filling.
