Ingredients

  • Lean ground beef
  • Breadcrumbs

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh herbs (parsley and thyme)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  3. Stir in chopped parsley and thyme for added flavor.

  6. Bake for 1 hour, brushing with remaining glaze halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
