- black beans or pinto beans (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic; sauté until browned (about 8-10 minutes).
- Stir in cumin and chili powder; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the shredded cheese to the skillet; stir until melted and combined.
- Lay tortillas flat and spoon filling down the center. Fold sides in and roll tightly to seal.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
