- Fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients for smooth cooking.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté chopped onions and garlic until translucent (about 3 minutes). Pour in heavy cream.
- Return chicken to the skillet along with cooked pasta. Stir gently until well coated (2-3 minutes).
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Garnish with parsley before serving.
