  • Fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients for smooth cooking.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onions and garlic until translucent (about 3 minutes). Pour in heavy cream.
