Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons relish (sweet or dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer boiled eggs to an ice bath to cool quickly and make peeling easier.
  3. Peel the eggs under running water, then slice them in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle paprika on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
