Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water for 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer boiled eggs to an ice bath to cool quickly and make peeling easier.
- Peel the eggs under running water, then slice them in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle paprika on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
