- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans (rinsed)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides.
- In a skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and black beans, simmering for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
- Fill each zucchini half with the turkey mixture, topping with shredded cheese.
- Place in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with optional sour cream.
