- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
