Instructions
- Rinse brown rice under cold water until clear. Cook in a pot with 2 cups of water; bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes until fluffy.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip salmon, pour teriyaki sauce over them, and simmer for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Steam broccoli or snap peas for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp.
- Serve by spooning rice into bowls, topping with salmon, drizzling additional teriyaki sauce, and sprinkling green onions and sesame seeds.
