- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, parsley, feta cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
