  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta shells until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shrimp, crab meat, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill each shell with the seafood mixture and place seam-side up in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Pour over stuffed shells.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
