Description

Honey Pepper Chicken Pasta is a delightful dish that marries sweet honey and spicy pepper flavors with tender chicken and colorful veggies, all tossed with pasta for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather and chop all ingredients: dice the chicken, mince the garlic, and cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and chopped bell peppers; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until peppers soften.
  5. Drizzle honey over the chicken mixture, stirring to create a sticky glaze; let bubble for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with the chicken mixture until evenly coated in sauce. Serve hot with optional Parmesan cheese.
