Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped pistachios, dried cranberries, and chia seeds until combined.
- Add honey (or maple syrup) and nut butter to the dry mixture; stir until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
