  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
