  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  2. Rinse the asparagus and zucchini; trim the woody ends of the asparagus and slice the zucchini into half-moons about ½ inch thick.
