- 1/3 cup granulated sugar + 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before slicing.
