- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil and parsley (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add mixed seafood and cook until just opaque (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with half of the marinara sauce, adding salt and pepper until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce at the bottom, followed by lasagna noodles, half of the creamy mixture, and half of the seafood mixture. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
