  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil and parsley (chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add mixed seafood and cook until just opaque (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with half of the marinara sauce, adding salt and pepper until smooth.
  4. In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce at the bottom, followed by lasagna noodles, half of the creamy mixture, and half of the seafood mixture. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
