Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until just simmering. Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and steep Earl Grey tea bags in the warm mixture for about 10 minutes.
- Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes until soft. Squeeze out excess water.
- Remove tea bags from the cream mixture and gently fold in soaked gelatin until dissolved. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins or glasses, tapping gently to remove air bubbles.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
