  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Crush Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted unsalted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and peanut butter, mixing until fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream until fully blended.
  5. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
