- 24 Nutter Butter cookies
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped cream
Instructions
- Crush Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted unsalted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and peanut butter, mixing until fluffy.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream until fully blended.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
