  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (any color)
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
