  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp water (or as needed)
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, butter, and enough water to form a dough. Roll out thinly and cut into triangles.
  3. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In another bowl, beat ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Garnish the dip with chopped pistachios if desired.
  7. Serve by arranging cannoli chips around the creamy dip.
