  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened (3-4 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, combine cooked elbow macaroni, ketchup, mustard, seasonings, and half of the cheddar cheese; mix well.
  5. Fold in the beef mixture until evenly combined.
  6. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
