Easy to make and bursting with flavor, they are the ideal treat to share (or keep all to yourself).

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup sour cream (for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and black beans. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat; spoon the cheesy mixture into the center and roll tightly. Brush edges with water to seal.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve with sour cream.
