  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup sour cream (for serving)

  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef and stir well; add a splash of water if necessary.
  4. Lay out a tortilla, fill the center with beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in both ends.
