- 8 oz penne pasta
- 8 oz fresh cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup fresh asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and no longer pink inside, about 6-8 minutes.
