  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the chicken is tender.
  7. Shred the chicken in the pot with two forks, mix everything together, and serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes.
