- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Pineapple slices (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ground ginger, lime juice, and sesame oil. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Remove chicken from marinade (discard leftover marinade) and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- If using pineapple slices, grill them during the last few minutes until caramelized.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serve topped with grilled pineapple and green onions.
