  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 3 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture without overmixing.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish; drizzle half of the honey glaze on top. Add the remaining batter and finish with more glaze.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
