  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
