Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta

- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium; melt butter and add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Slice the rested steak against the grain into bite-sized pieces. Add cooked pasta and sliced steak to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the garlic butter.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again until melted. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
