  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  2. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger until combined.
