  • 2 cups fresh mixed mushrooms (cremini and shiitake), chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 4 oz low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
