Ingredients
- 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
- 15 oz fresh ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and dried herbs until smooth.
