- 1/3 cup pure honey
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

- Marinate pork chops in half of the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear marinated pork chops until golden brown on each side.

- Return pork chops to skillet and coat with glaze; cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
