  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)

  • 1/2 cup corn syrup or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out pie crusts on a floured surface and cut into small circles; press into muffin tin cups.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup (or maple), eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
