- 1 cup strong coffee (cooled)

- 24 ladyfingers
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Brew strong coffee and let it cool slightly. Stir in peppermint extract.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone until smooth.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and layer them at the bottom of a serving dish.
