  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to another; pinch edges to seal.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place cut-side up on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese on top.
