  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 slices artisanal bread (sourdough or whole grain)
  • 2 tbsp honey, divided
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread halved strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the strawberries and sprinkle with salt. Roast for about 20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
