Instructions

  4. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
  6. Stir in rose water gently.
  7. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden.
  8. For frosting, beat together powdered sugar, softened butter, heavy cream, and vanilla until fluffy.
