Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (4–5 pounds)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 small head green or purple cabbage, cut into wedges
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
