  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (cooked)
  • 4 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice

Instructions

  1. Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Dollop cream cheese over the chicken.
