Description

Ingredients

  • Black beans (rinsed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients and tools.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, cumin, and chili powder until well combined.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of filling on an egg roll wrapper's corner, fold over tightly, and roll while tucking in the sides.
