  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
