  • 3 ripe tangerines (zest and juice)
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup white wine (optional)

Instructions
